is definitely one of the best Persian cuisine where taste and culture meet together and aroma of flavour penetrates to your cells . It was a huge pleasure and honour to translate head chef words for this article . Specially appreciate to for promoting and introducing Persian food and culture to Australia. Since very first day in Australia I found out Australia is not much familiar with Iranian food compared to other eastern food .it definitely refers to false promotion and information people get from@most media . Once you try Persian food once you never give up on it Every Persian dish is a festival of colour , taste , flavour and aroma from saffron which is always a hero ingredient in Persian food , it’s called the most expensive ingredient in the world even more expensive than gold . It is actually called red gold .do you know why it’s so expensive. The cultivation and harvesting it has its own interesting story . The best saffron in the world comes from Iran but I heard they have started growing in Tasmania too .

Facebook should this picture as memory from 6 yrs ago when I was working with . I always liked to give a bit difference in whatever I do and in my cooking classes which are best platform to fulfil this passion I always tried to make their moment as fun as possible for participants. That’s why my classes turned to a 2 hours Virtual travel to Iran speaking a bout history , politics, traditions stories behind recipes in my home land and any other information I could give them about Iran as well as any other information I think they must know about asylums seekers life in Australia or other parts of the world. I don’t believe in just bringing the subject of asylum seekers for pity to buy I believe in bringing awareness about what really makes some to seek asylum and how really passionate people can help . This is one of my classes back then . Since then a lot has changed in my own life and other asylum seekers in good or other way but one thing will always will still be the same for my lifestyle and that is my strong belief there are always a bit of differences we can make in each other life and that’s why we should never stop continuing my dear beautiful inside and out was the host in this class ❤️

*Today I cooked a beautiful Persian dish for very special guest something that connects me to my roots, culture, and memories. But as I prepare and share food, my heart is heavy.
I cannot ignore the deep ache I feel knowing that right now, children in Gaza are starving, families are struggling to survive, and food has become a distant dream for many.

As someone who cooks for a living and also advocates for human rights, especially for refugees and displaced people, I carry this contradiction every day: the joy of food and the pain of its absence elsewhere.

This post is not just about what’s on my table
it’s a quiet tribute to those who have none.
May we never forget them in our comfort. May we turn awareness into action.😭😭😭🙏

My latest cooking class , I don’t run much cooking classes these days . Since war between Iran and Israel some big whole in my heart aches day and night and can only heal with dreaming global peace a dream so far too reach . I do follow my daily life why because for good and bad I’m still alive and have no other choice but my heart is there even with innocent people in Israel , Ukraine, Palestine we all are toys in hands of selfish , brutal dictators who think of nothing but their own benefit. All recipes of this session of my cooking class are available in my cook book Taste of 1001 night , Baghalj polo and lamb ( broad bean and dill Safran rice with slow cooked lamb ) . Kashke bademjan ( fried eggplant with onion and garlic in processed yogurt sauce and fried mint ). Sh O Le Zara ( saffron rice pudding ). Borani Bademjan and garlic ( eggplant dip with yogurt and Persian garlic ( mousir )
