Our CHAT Team will be at Home Energy Scotland's event on Monday in Stewarton. They will be providing health checks which include checks on the following: blood pressure, weight, BMI, bodyfat % as well as giving out healthy lifestyle advice.

Home Energy Scotland and other organisations will be there to help you stay warm, safe and healthy this winter.

They can support you with:
- reducing your energy bills
- grants and funding
- Warmer Homes Scotland
- making your home warmer
- help with someone you care for

The event will be on in the Annick Youth and Community Centre from 11.30am to 2.30pm. We'll look forward to seeing you there!
