I've not really known how to show up on this app and the world really without overwhelming people cause I know I do ALOT

Attention spans are short. Time is short, life is busy.

But just putting myself out there as usual, I'm not here in the world to hermit. I'm here to thrive, offer my services and show the world what is possible.

I understand this looks like a lot but I have mastered the art of knowing how to rest when I feel the strain and burnout and stress stay low. Thanks to breath techniques.
