Did you know imported foods are being relabeled as organic.? Ugh. The Organic Food Industry is growing and many want to profit... SO, use common sense when buying. If it stays fresh looking for 3 weeks - it isn't organic. Fresh foods decay quick, as they should.
I would suggest starting your own garden! Start with a garden grown in a flower pot. Pick a couple vegetables you enjoy eating a lot of. :) Build from there each summer. Freeze or share what you don't eat. You can also...

Things I learned... Lifestock farming has the biggest impact on our Earth - because to grow cattle, trees are cleared to grow feed for the animals. Then fertilizers are sprayed. This runs off into our water- rivers and oceans. Algae grows - starves the water of oxygen - fish die and Ocean dead zones are now created. (uh we need fish for omega 3’s and clean water!). If the ocean dies... we die.

Livestock policies rely on government policy. Government policy is not for the benefit of the land and our future but the benefit of the industry - $$$$ . FAO partnered up with IMS, FEFAC, IPC, IEC, FIL IDF all these organizations are worth over a trillion dollars have the most to lose from a damaging scientific report against livestock farming.

The areas that have the smallest cancer rates - all have high plant based, whole food diets. Not heavy meats! AND, their environment is cleaner (air, land, and water)!

For the sake of our grandchildren, we all need to make a lot of changes. Someone needs to standup for our future plant! Thanks for watching...
