The Elliscombe House residents enjoyed watercolour painting spring tulips today in their Art class with Josie from Class Creative Art Studios. It was lovely to see everyone so absorbed, practicing their mark making techniques with a range of brush shapes and paint colours.

The Elliscombe House residents had a lovely day yesterday, soaking up the early Spring sunshine. Our grounds have level pathways and lots of seating areas, perfect for a quick stroll and some refreshments!

Monday morning started the right way at Elliscombe House, with an exercise class with Chris. The residents always enjoy the bean bag game and the famous rowing exercise during the warm-up!

We had a great turn out for our 'At Home Horse Racing' event this afternoon. The residents all enjoyed choosing their horses and seeing who came in first!

We had a visit from Alpaca Adventure yesterday - one resident said it was like he was in a lovely dream when he saw them walking the corridor! We met Guinness and Casper, the very friendly Alpacas.

The Elliscombe House Skittles Club is back! Rebecca has enjoyed seeing the residents' competitive side, they even had a little visitor to join in the game.

Yesterday the residents of Elliscombe House celebrated the with a themed quiz. The prize was a cuddly toy (as it is the year of the Fire Horse), and our winner Terri named it 'Flame'.

What the residents of Elliscombe House got up to last weekend...
After our Valentine's breakfast trays we made a window display in Charlotte's workshop, then in the afternoon our talented care worker Joseph gave a saxophone performance. We had been looking forward to it all week!
