There are two types of binge eating!
1. The overeater- This can happen to anybody anytime! It could also mean going for seconds or thirds at a buffet or eating more than the usual amount one eats. This is perfectly normal.

2. The binger- Eating is like a roller coaster ride of emotions and one eats more to cope with those emotions. There is a loss of control when it comes to food and negative feelings after eating.
