Collaboration with awesome human & photographer in October during my last week of living in Newquay.
Rosie is a professional photographer but in her personal work investigates movement, body and the environment & their interplay.

Sometimes you meet people in random moments & settings & those moments can end up leading to interesting conversations, friendships, support & artistic collaborations & discussion.

Another three from the photoshoot with . With all the adversity against women so accepted as a state of normalcy, ingrained in all the social structures on the planet we share with everyone else, the strength that comes from such a collective adversity, as is always born from oppression, & often the catalyst for the most poignant & powerful art - brings immense feelings. Collaboration is on my list for 2025 year to do more of. The more I collaborate with people on projects the more benefits I discover and challenges it brings. Photoshoots are never Somthing I’ve done historically I’ve always preferred to be taking the photographs- but the exchange of ideas, trust & vulnerability has definitely sparked growth & shed another layer. The only thing preventing me from feeling judged in any moment is my ego. I think that guy is there for a reason-but it’s nice to learn to drop him quicker. Thank you to a student from a flexibility class I taught back in summer who bravely asked to photograph me - If she had asked one week earlier I may of said no. I’m glad I said yes 🙏🏽✨🙏🏽 -

Functional Flex & Mobility:
Hips/Splits/Pancake

The perfect compliment to any skill & strength training.
Mobility drills to help reach your skill goals faster or improve performance in your sports practice.
Essential for better alignment in handstand, press training & key for injury prevention.
Mobility & Flex training is the ultimate hack to your movement growth. Working with your nervous system, expect strength drills, SMR release, balance tasks, dynamic, active & static stretching excersises.

Functional Flex & Mobility:
Backbends/Shoulders/Spine

The perfect compliment to any skill & strength training to improve shoulder & spinal health from desk sitting, tight hips, poor posture or lower back pain.
Backbending is another integral part of inversion training & the gymnastic bridge.
If you want to reach your skill goals faster, safer, & improve shoulder & spine health - this class is for you.
