Tomorrow I’ll be teaching a Live Womb Wellness Workshop in our Holistic Goddess Collective at 12pm.

Idk about y’all but I NEED this. We don’t really talk too much about the pain and grief you feel after dealing with miscarriages, abortions, and signs of infertility.

Especially when you are seeing new baby announcements and gender reveals online everyday. It’s like you want to be happy for them, and also have hope and faith that your time is coming, but it can be hard and that’s okay.

In this workshop I’ll be sharing some tools and tips that I’ve learned along my journey. I will share the benefits and why womb healing is so important, even if you haven’t experienced trauma.

We will move our bodies with intention to bring healing to our womb space. We will laugh, I may cry, but most of all we will learn to love, connect, and bring healing to our sacred space.

I find so much healing in helping others heal, so let’s heal our wombs together!!

Here are a few things I practice daily to protect my peace…

1. Rising Routine of Mindfulness

2. Organize and Plan my day but also being open to things not going as planned

3. Establishing energetic boundaries w/ people and social media.

4. Checking in with self throughout the day and adjusting if needed.

5. Be intentional about the music I listen too, the words I say to myself and others.
