Today in our cooking session we made a delicious chicken and noodle dish packed full of yummy veggies, a warm and comforting meal that everyone enjoyed. It was also a nice quick and simple dish that our clients could easily accomplish at home, helping build confidence and independence in the kitchen. 💪🍽️

To finish off, we baked some beautiful fresh scones served with jam and cream. The perfect sweet treat to end a great session! 🍓🧁

So proud of everyone’s effort in the kitchen today. 👏💛

What an incredible night! 🎭✨

Last night our amazing support worker Bec had the pleasure of taking our lovely client Kerry and her daughter to see the Rocky Horror production at the Pilbeam Theatre. Since our very own Dean Netherwood is starring in the show, Kerry was lucky enough to head backstage after the performance to meet the cast! 🤩

It was such a special and memorable experience for Kerry, filled with fun, excitement and plenty of smiles. Opportunities like this truly make a difference, creating moments that will be remembered for years to come. 💫

This week we’re shining the spotlight on one of our longest-serving team members — Dean!

Dean joined us in mid-2020, and this year he’s coming up on an incredible six years with our team. His dedication, consistency, and passion for what he does have made a lasting impact on both our workplace and the people we support.

He came to us looking for a rewarding role where he could genuinely help improve someone’s life — and that’s exactly what he does every single day. Dean loves assisting clients with building independence, supporting self-care, and accessing their community. His calm, supportive approach and commitment to empowering others truly make a difference. We are so lucky to have him as part of our team.

We chose Dean for this week’s spotlight for another exciting reason — he’s starring in an upcoming production of The Rocky Horror Show at the Pilbeam Theatre, which opens tonight! 🎭✨

Julie joined our team in 2022 after working primarily in the cleaning industry and aged care. Wanting a change of pace and hoping to branch out into the community to help more people, she decided to join Possabilities — and she hasn’t looked back since!
