From me to you!! Thank you for joining me last night for our seasonal yoga nidra event. Our intention was to shift beautifully into the season of rest and reflection. Our group of 25 gathered from 3 different time zones. It was an absolute joy for me!

I left my house today hurried, worried and overwhelmed by this time in my life and by this holiday season. Reminders of loss and change. Then I walked into this healing space. A space used to connect what our hearts and minds are whispering to us through our bodies in a season that can be so loud. I’m leaving here tonight grateful for the things I’ve learned and an eagerness to share. Gift yourself time to slow down, listen to your body, your heart and mind. Evenings are beautiful at Ember & Harvest..meditation, healing energy work and movement just waiting for you.

Trying to take a picture of yourself in a propped nest for yoga nidra is hard 😂 So imagine yourself reclined on the bolster or comfortably supported by the floor, lying on your back ready to rest.

Yoga nidra has become my favorite way to meditate. It is guided meditation. So while your body is still the mind is still aware and being guided through imagery.

If you’d like to try yoga nidra we can practice together in my studio space or over zoom!
