Does your blender bowl get jammed-up halfway down the bowl, leaving the blade uselessly spinning freely below the food?
You’d be surprised how many people tell me they have this problem!
Whatever you do, DO NOT try to jam the food down towards the blade with a spoon/spatula, or even worse, your fingers.
Simply add the food in batches, starting with liquid ingredient (water, milk, honey, maple, vinegar), then add the high moisture ingredients, like (peppers, zucchini, garlic, melons, berries). Run the blender to puree. Stop the blender, add the more dense or dryer ingredient, like root vegetables, grains, and herbs. Run the blender, and voila the already liquified ingredient will pull the others down and into the puree.
