I just want to dive in this jar.
I know why - it's a pull to be more grounded. More heart-centered. More clear.
I designed this blend a couple years ago but only as a glycerine extract. It's called Into The Woods. It was for a local festival benefiting veterans.
The blend was designed as an all around wellness blend. Immunity, heart balance, kidney health, and feeling grounded.
All the herbs in this jar bring their own sense of grounding though. Whether they are literally from the forest, or ground you in your heart, or release fear, or center you. It is a grounding blend.
I just needed to be reminded and brought back to it.
For a while now I have been nudged over and over again to make a forest tea. Every time I get the nudge, I hurry and scribble down the herbs that come to mind.
I have been making notes on every work surface in my home for months!
And then just this morning, I saw my jar of Into The Woods blend ready to be extracted and all the nudging suddenly made sense. This jar contained the herbs on my many notes-
I already made a forest tea, I just hadn't used it as a tea.
We know.
We just need to listen.
We just need to trust.
