The goal is to transition off of junk foods and drinks and begin consuming actual food.

Here are some ideas: grass fed beef, organic yellow potatoes, organic coconut water, organic blueberries, organic home made guacamole, organic millet and brown rice ramen with organic tomatoes.

We all know that we need to cut as much junk foods and drinks out of our lives and give our body the food and drink items it actually needs.

It takes effort and time to do these things but hopefully this post can inspire you and give you some ideas!

Hey all! It's been a while since I have posted. Life has just been completely insane! Anyway here is an update on a few things I have been doing to take care of my body this summer so I can look good in my bathing suit and impress all the ladies! (haha)

1. grass fed beef
2. organic blueberries
3. organic coconut water
4. hot yoga, hot Pilates, and free weights

These are just some of the things I've been including in my health regimen lately.

Over the summer I went through a lot of hard times in my personal life and knew I needed to make some changes. While it may not look the prettiest this dish here could be one of the most potent and nutrition filled ways to give your body the nutrients and energy it needs!

Over the years of studying health and nutrition I've found that one of the best things you can eat is actually steamed/cooked frozen vegetables. On top of that the best way to consume these frozen veggies is by blending them!

You see; when you blend your food you are actually pre-digesting the food and saving your body the energy it would have needed to digest the food itself.

So... I recommend if You're looking for more energy and nutrients to start adding blended and organic frozen vegetables into your routine!
