I'm delighted to be bringing my next Gong and Sound bath back to my local community again next week, March 22nd, to Bakewell Town Hall.
Scheduled purposefully to closely align with the full moon, and this month - the Spring equinox. Both are liminal places, traditional associated with transition and change.

Sound & gong baths are the perfect way to allow both mind and body to fully relax and let go of tensions, by letting the sonic vibrations flow around and through you. Has to be witnessed to be understood - once you know, you know!
Having been immersed in sound with a career spanning 30 years, I'm delighted to apply my sonic experience to this wonderful modality. I'm also a certified hypnotherapist, intuitive, feng shui practitioner and mindset coach.
