This is a beautiful opportunity to explore the subtle, nurturing energy of Reiki — whether you’re new or simply curious to reconnect.

A heartfelt thank you to the Movati Brantford community.

The past three years teaching Meditation, Hatha, and Yin have meant so much to me. It’s been a joy to share space with you — especially my Friday bunch, always open and willing to explore and go deeper in their practice. I’ll miss you!

A special thanks to Mackensie for her ongoing support — for embracing the way I teach and understanding my time away teaching abroad. She brings a lot of heart to her role, and it’s been truly appreciated.

Book fairs are my treasure hunts.
When I lived in Belgium, English books cost an arm and a leg… so now I hit up every book fair I can find and walk away with a stack of gems for a dollar or two.

My dad always says, “You can borrow it—as long as you BRING IT BACK!”
So, same goes for my growing lending library at Yoga by Jasmin, 45 Dalkeith, Brantford.
Come borrow a book—just bring it back, lol!

Class schedule:
• Thursdays @ 6:00 PM – with Jasmin
• Sundays @ 11:00 AM – with Jasmin
• Fridays @ 7:00 PM – with Natalie
