🌿 We've updated our Psychedelic First Aid & Preparedness Training Program

The program now includes self-paced video modules (rolling out soon) alongside a 3-hour live virtual scenario-based session.

That means you can learn essential safety and harm reduction skills on your own time, then come together with others from around the world to practice what you've learned.

If you're interested in becoming more aware of safe practices, whether you’re new to psychedelics or already supporting others, this training is for you.

Upcoming live session options:

Monday, August 25 | 1PM–4PM EST
Thursday, September 18 | 5PM–8PM EST

We recommend giving yourself 2–3 weeks to explore the self-paced content before attending a session.

Join us for an upcoming 2-day workshop on safe touch at . This workshop is for anyone curious about utilizing safe touch in their practice. We dive into demos, discussions, dyad work, experiential practices, and more!

Touch can be a complex and complicated tool to bring into therapy. If used in a safe way, with the right preparation and somatic consent, it can bring about deep healing and heal developmental wounds, support the processing of trauma, and increase safety.

We just completed our first all virtual psyched3lic first aid and preparedness training!

A nice group from US and Canada connecting on the issues related to harm reduction, stigma, community support, and increasing the healing potential of various medicines. It was an inspiring time diving into these topics in a way that feels grounded and nourishing.

Thanks to everyone who attended our fourth training! More to come!

Some photos from the first psychedelic first aid and Preparedness training. An online and in person group came together to be the first cohort to try our new program out.

Folks learned about how to be a psyched3lically safe person, including normalizing various experiences, increasing self awarenesss and self regulation when witnessing big emotions, learning how to spot and support difficult experiences, spotting medical emergencies, and so much more.

Our hope is to expand this program soon so that everyone (doctors, nurses, teachers, police, therapists, mothers, fathers, friends) can be a safer person for those who are considering using psyched3lics during prep, integration, or during the experience itself.

Our Foundations (SELF) program and Fundamentals of Sitting program are also available for people interested in gaining deeper complimentary skills in these areas.

Here's to a more psychedelic-safe community!

Getting ready for Neuma's first Psych3delic First aid and Preparedness training at St Lawrence College! This is going to be an important training to increase psyched3lic literacy in our community.

We are hoping to train everyone who may come into contact with someone on their pre, post, or mid journey so that we can increase safety and support!
