THERE ARE TWO FORMS OF OMEGA FATTY ACIDS. EPA (eicosapentaenoicacid) DHA (decosahexaenoicacid ) According to a literature, they are both good for you, but for cardiovascular health, they think DHA is pure magic.

Any Cardiologist will tell you, if a nutrient or supplement fails to reach your bloodstream, you are just wasting your money, so we need to learn to listen to our Dr. and take their advice.

MY STYLE SHAKE.- Let me tell you what I had today, a very delicious shake, it is very delicious, I love it! For two glasses you need: 2 glasses of water or almond milk, could be regular milk if you like it is up to you. 2 cups of oat meal 1 table spoonful of vanilla 1 banana 2 carrots (pilled) 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds, no sugar, but if you need a little more sweet you could use 1 tablespoon of honey, the sweet from banana is enough for me. Shake all together and serve, good enough for two people, enjoy!!

Remember, people with strong desire are able to achieve, and make their dreams come true, no matter how impossible they seem to be, while people with weak mind get discourage and give up too soon!

LOVE SHAKE.- One banana, one cup of almond milk. One tablespoon of almonds ( If you are allergic to almonds is not good for you) One tablespoon of honey, blend all together and enjoy it !!

Limit sugar and carbs and monitor your blood sugar regularly. To feel young and healthy Watch your blood sugar levels, that will help your heart and your body as you age, which includes your arteries, blood vessels and weight. Avoid all sugars, and excess carbs like white bread. Before starting any diet talk to your Dr. and follow his advice.
