Starting Monday off right with an early strength session 💪🏻
Switched up my routine a little bit after watching some videos over the past week or so from
Decided to go with a 5-day FULL BODY plan...
Yes.. you did read that correctly. 😜
I am guilty of thinking that full body can only be done 2-3 days per week.. that is until I watched Jeff’s video and learned some of the concepts of the 5 day plan.
I’ve been trying to find an effective way to increase my training volume without sacrificing too much time 🕰
This plan is going to help me do just that. 👌🏻
