Nobody is secure until everyone is secure. Because the virus knows no boundaries, no one, including refugees and migrants, can be left behind. The right to health, which involves the country's immediate obligation, includes equity and the availability of and access to vaccines, medications, health technologies, and therapies. Masks should be used as part of a complete plan of actions to prevent COVID-19 transmission and save lives; wearing a mask alone will not provide enough protection against COVID-19.
