*International Women's Day Celebration: Empowering New Mothers through Post-Natal Care*
On the occasion of International Women's Day, The Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) Palghar and Sir J P College of Physiotherapy joined hands to organize a unique Post-Natal Care (PNC) camp, exclusively for new mothers.
Held on March 13th, at Makane Anganwadi Saphale west the camp aimed to promote healthy recovery and well-being among new mothers, while also empowering them with essential knowledge and skills. The event was a testament to the commitment of IAP Palghar and Sir J P College of Physiotherapy towards improving maternal and child health.

- Comprehensive check-ups and consultations by expert physiotherapists
- Physiotherapy sessions focused on post-natal recovery, pelvic floor strengthening, and breastfeeding support

The PNC camp was attended by over [30] new mothers from Palghar and surrounding areas. The participants were enthusiastic and grateful for the opportunity to receive expert guidance and support.
