🌸Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath🌸

Join us for 90 minutes of deep physical, mental and energetic restoration and relaxation.

We will start the practice with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice also known as “yogic sleep”- a practice that allows you to access deep layers of your subconscious mind, takes into a journey of going from feeling awake and asleep, all while you drift off into deep layers of relaxation.

(Studies have shown that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra can equal to upto 4 hrs of deep restful sleep, and same goes to Sound Baths)

From the Yoga Nidra practice we will then proceed into a deeply healing and nourishing Sound Bath, where I will play instruments that are attuned specifically to move energy in your body. The vibrations of the instruments not only will allow you to go into a deep meditative state they will also cleanse, enhance and harmonise the energy in the body.

The combination of these two practices is deeply relaxing, restorative and healing to all layers of your body and auric field.

A fiery, bold and super powerful full moon. Lots of fire in the air. Hope everyone is taking it easy, slowing down and taking some time to reflect on the themes that are becoming present in your lives.

•Focus on where you are playing small in your life currently. Where are you too comfortable, that it is stopping you from actually growing, from actually getting what you desire?

•Instead of remaining on what is easy and comfortable this full moon is asking to follow what lights you up and makes you feel alive.
Be brave, courageous and be the pioneer, the leader you were born to be.

•Channel your inner warrior, challenge societal norms and pave your own path.

•Blossom like a beautiful, powerful butterfly. Remaining in the cocoon will hurt you more in the long term.

What is grounding me into the official transition from Summer to Autumn. Inward practices and heart opening Rose infused Cacaos. 🌹❤️💫

Embracing change, yet allowing slowness and stillness. Finding the balance between doing and being. Leaving judgement and expectations out the door.

Simply doing the best I can each day and showing up the best way I can.

First day back from Holidays was tough coming back to a cold, rainy and windy day. Holiday blues are real, my soul deeply craves warmth and sun. Drinking Cacao felt like such a loving welcoming hug from Mother Earth.

Transitioning into shedding, growing and evolving. Following the inner whispers that are leading the way. Coming back to the practices that I deeply love. ❤️

Have a huge TO-DO list at the moment, trying not to overwhelm myself and just take it one task at a time. Not forcing anymore or burning myself out. In divine timing all will be sorted and get done. 😊
