Over the past couple of decades, we all got older. Yeah, I know “thanks for that insightful reminder.” But as we’ve been going about living our lives, and yes, getting older, there have been some remarkable advances in evidenced-based research providing some important updates to our understanding of physical fitness and the aging process.
