the tenderID is an emergency information sticker & wallet card that helps first responders instantly access a loved one’s critical details like:

👉🏻 medications
👉🏻 emergency contacts
👉🏻 hospital preferences

back story on video:

our team was at an alzheimer’s walk connecting with families and giving out free tenderID’s to caregivers and first responders.

the next morning, an EMT supervisor called us asking for more for his entire team.

do your loved ones a favor by getting set up with a free tenderID today!

someone at the last Alzheimer’s walk said something that changed the way we think about this fight:

“our goal is to go out of business.”

the real success of this mission isn’t more funding or awareness, it’s a cure. every dollar donated brings us closer to making that goal a reality.

we’re walking with , on november 15 in central park to fund the research, family programs, and support that move us toward that future.

if you’ll be at the walk, come say hi!

comment “ALZ” to donate and help bring us closer to the day this disease no longer exists.

families shouldn’t have to explain this.

Emma Heming Willis shared that during emergencies, she used to keep everything like medications, doctors, contacts, allergies in her phone’s notes app.

when stress hits, that information is hard to find.

she said that’s why she loves what we’re building at tendercare: a way for families to keep everything in one place, easy to share when it matters most.

we’re building tools that make critical information (diagnoses, medications, allergies, care preferences) instantly clear for first responders and healthcare teams.

Emma Heming Willis shared that for a long time, she was the only one who had access to bruce’s medical information (medications, schedules, doctors, insurance)

until one day, she realized how dangerous that was 'cause if something happened to her, no one else would know what to do.

most caregivers carry everything alone, in their heads, in their phones, in a folder no one else can find.

that’s why we created the tenderID, so families can share the information that matters most, and make sure help never depends on just one person.

because in caregiving, preparation is protection.

in honor of National Family Caregivers month, we wanted to share this beautiful description of caregiving.

this was a conversation between & on NPR’s Wild Card.

we highly encourage you to watch the full episode. 💜

in an emergency, you’re not thinking about the medications, the doctors, or the allergies. you’re thinking about getting help as quickly as possible.

Emma Heming Willis said those words after realizing how easy it is to feel unprepared when every second counts.

most families don’t realize that when first responders arrive, they often have none of the critical details they need.

that’s why we’ve launched a campaign to save 10,000 lives with the tenderID, a simple, free tool that keeps your loved one’s information in one place, instantly accessible when it matters most.

here’s what no one tells you about national family caregivers month: most caregivers don’t feel like they’re being celebrated.

all month long, we’ll see beautiful tributes to caregiving.

smiling photos, grateful captions, words like “hero” and “selfless.”

but behind every post is a caregiver trying to hold it all together.

we work with thousands of family caregivers who don’t always identify with the title, because caregiving often isn’t something they chose… it’s something they had to step into.

you don’t have to wear a cape to be a caregiver. most of the time, it looks like love, responsibility, and a lot of “figure it out ness”

so in honor of national family caregivers month, we want to recognize the millions of people doing this work.

this month, our mission is to help save 10,000 lives by getting more families set up with free tenderID’s. a simple tool that makes sure first responders have the information they need when every second counts.

you’re not unseen here, you’re honored.

comment “EMMA” and we’ll personally send you the full conversation.

caregivers die at a rate 63% higher than people their age who aren’t caregivers.

that statistic shook emma and it should shake all of us.

most caregivers wait too long to ask for help. by the time they do, the system they’ve built to care for someone else has already started to collapse.

asking for help doesn’t mean you’re failing! it means you’re making caregiving sustainable.

at tendercare, we’re helping families find the support, structure, and community they need to stay healthy because caregiving was never meant to be done alone.
