full-spectrum education & support for the reproductive continuum

Hi there! I'm Rosemary, and I am a certified Reproductive/Sexual Health and Fertility Awareness Educator, with a background in sociocultural anthropology, permaculture, midwifery studies and lactation support. I am deeply rooted in the Cascadian bioregion (Pacific Northwest), though I come from various settler lineages, and currently live on occupied Kalapuya land in the southern Willamette Valley of Oregon.

I am dedicated to the great work of decolonizing and rewilding in my field and in my local community. I strive to dismantle systems of capitalism, settler-colonialism, patriarchy & white supremacy through involvement in and support of organizations doing this work, and through continually shifting my approach and perspective as I listen and learn.

The reproductive continuum is a rich and complex time in one's life that covers the years from menarche to menopause. For many, it includes pregnancy, childbirth and lactation, and I love to support people going through these exciting and life-changing events! However, everybody's experience is different, and I also love to support people who are not going through these particular events. I strongly believe that it is the right of those of us born with ovaries to be able to fully understand and come to appreciate the anatomical and physiological capacity of our cyclical bodies, regardless of how we use and perceive them. I also strongly believe that, given this understanding, not only are we capable of making our own decisions regarding our reproductive continuum, we should be encouraged to do so.

Woven throughout all of this work is the use of plants as allies in healing and wellbeing, and I have spent many years in self-study of herbalism, especially as it relates to the reproductive continuum. I trust in the inherent wisdom of the body, honoring the cycles of our lives as they are mirrored in the seasons of our Earth.
