Dear friends, I would like to invite you to my last winter hardening with the ICE BEES group. On Saturday at 10:00 at Lake 't Zand. 🤗

I won't lie to you, but it is quite possible that the entire ICE BEES group in the Netherlands will end on this day. 🤔😐
We had a great time together and I hope that at least some of you will continue individually. I really enjoyed meeting you every Saturday and organizing interesting events for you. 😁💪💦
I am going back to my country. But be careful, I personally don't stop hardening myself! I will continue to try to motivate and inspire you with videos on how to get out of your comfort zone.

Nie będę was okłamywał, ale całkiem możliwe, że w tym dniu zakończy się cała grupa ICE BEES w Holandii. 🤔🙄
Świetnie się razem bawiliśmy i mam nadzieję, że przynajmniej część z Was będzie kontynuować indywidualnie. Bardzo mi się podobało spotykanie się z wami w każdą sobotę i organizowanie dla was ciekawych wydarzeń. 🙂
Wracam do mojego kraju. Ale bądź ostrożny, ja osobiście nie przestaję się hartować! Nadal będę starał się was motywować i inspirować filmami o tym, jak wyjść ze swojej strefy komfortu. 😁💨👍💦

Today there were some bike races at our lake, so we moved to the lake in Gilze. There were two of us and the water was cold, but we had 20 minutes of relaxation in this nice lake. Next week we will see each other normally at Lake 't Zand. We wish you a nice weekend. 😉✌💦

Dzisiaj nad naszym jeziorem odbyły się wyścigi rowerowe, więc przenieśliśmy się nad jezioro w Gilze. Było nas dwóch i woda była zimna, ale mieliśmy 20 minut relaksu w tym ładnym jeziorze. W przyszłym tygodniu zobaczymy się normalnie w 't Zand.

Another beautiful Saturday with great people who love challenges and cold water. 🥶💦
The water temperature was still pleasant but cold. The girls are doing very well, today they were with us for the second time and they spent more than 20 minutes in the water. 👍

Kolejna piękna sobota ze wspaniałymi ludźmi, którzy kochają wyzwania i zimną wodę. 🥶💦
Temperatura wody była nadal przyjemna, ale zimna. Dziewczyny mają się bardzo dobrze, dziś były z nami po raz drugi i spędziły w wodzie ponad 20 minut. Świetnie i tak trzymaj. Do zobaczenia w przyszłym tygodniu. Życzymy miłego weekendu. 😉✌
