Want to improve your flexibility, reduce back ache and stiffness and get fitter and feel good while doing so?

Starting on January 10th I am running a 21 day spine and hip mobility online challenge.

Here is how it works.

For 21 days you will get access to a new video everyday that consists of a 10 - 15 minute mobility routine to help loosen up your back and free up your hips.

The videos will work on:

Freeing up your neck and shoulders.

Getting the joints of your ribcage and midback area which is key to help protect your lower back

Free up your pelvis

Open up your hips.

By following along with the videos each day you give yourself the best chance of creating a healthy movement habit that will have you feeling great in 2025 and help protect your joints for the years to come

The videos will be hosted on my Move Well Feel Well APP and you can easily follow from the comfort of your own home on your phone or your laptop.

When your back pain persists for longer than 3 months, it is often more about sensitivity in your body rather than tissue damage

The reason I say this is because muscles, ligaments, tendons and discs will nearly always have healed within 3 months. 

So to help ease and ultimately get rid of your back pain, you will need to address other factors that can increase sensitivity in your body. 

For example,

If you are not moving or getting much exercise, then you need to start moving more.

If you are sleeping well, you need to try to find a way to help you get better sleep.

If you are stressed and not breathing well, then you need to find a way to better manage your stress and start breathing better.

These are all things that can be done in addition to performing specific exercises for your back and they can be very effective in helping you get lasting relief.

This is one of the most important skills you need to have as you get older. 

And that is the skill of not falling over. 

Falls over the age of 60 can have a huge impact on someone's life and a lot of them can be prevented by ensuring you maintain muscle, stability, coordination and balance.

This can all be done through exercise.

And if you are over the age of 40 and are not already doing so, the best time to start practicing is now.
