Healthy eating behaviors should be nurtured from young age. This is what our lovely daughter requested for breakie today : fruits, eggs and cheese.

This is how you can eat healthily: no refined carbohydrates (like bread of any kind), no sugar, good fat and proteins from egg (cooked with organic cold pressed virgin olive oil, no vegetable oil) and cheese, fruits with low glycemic index.

Sugar - it’s a well known fact (in case you don’t know) that it is the main culprit for metabolic syndromes like fatty liver, Cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity and even cancer.

The sugar industry knew how bad sugar was back in the 70’s, just like the to***co trade knew how bad cigarette was. Sugar is a key component primarily in ALL processed food (yes, I dare to say, ALL!) and it gets into your body without you knowing it.
