Here are the times:
▶️ 2 people for late morning/mid day 3x a week MWF (60 minute sessions)
▶️ 2 people late afternoon/evening 4x a week MTThF (60 minute sessions)
STARTING NOW!!!

YES!!! This FREE!!! 100% complimentary service. You will receive a goal setting/fitness assessment to begin, then a program based and scaled to YOUR needs.
This is not a joke.
No membership benefits unless you decide to join. If you join (of course you will, lol, why wouldn’t you?) you then have all the gym privileges PLUS free personal training!!!
