Hi everyone,

Hope you're all doing fantastic! I like posting some monday motivation in a community I'm in, but I don't know howmany people read it. Even if it reached just one of you, it's totally worth it. And guess what? It boosts my spirits too! I want to create my own community. A community where people come together and help eachother with everyday struggles. Humans are supposed to help eachtother, that is how we made it this far. Life is not easy, but it is not supposed to be. Let's help eachother get through life and become the person we want to be.

So, here we are, it's Tuesday, and I'm breaking the "Monday only" tradition because, why wait another week to share something close to my heart? No excuses, right? πŸ˜‰

Today, I want to chat about doing the work and keeping promises to ourselves. Lately, my health hasn't been on my side, making me feel like I'm running on low energy. But, low doesn't mean none, and I realized it's no excuse to push aside the things that matter most. 🌿

Why waste even a spark of energy on things that don't help us grow? I'm done making excuses, and I hope you feel the urge to join me. This isn't about overdoing it or being harsh on yourself. It's about asking, "Am I doing what's right for me?" πŸ€”

It's totally fine to take a step back when you need it, especially for your health. But let's try to focus on what's important, even if it means moving a bit slower. Remember, forward is the way, never backwards. πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’¨

Usually, when we start something, we're all pumped up and can't wait to get going. But let's be realβ€”motivation doesn't stick around forever. Sometimes, you've got to get stuff done even when you're not in the mood. πŸš€

Think about your daily to-dos. You might say, "I have to wake up early, I have to take my kid to school, I have to make a sales call, I have to cook dinner for my family." But what if we switch one word: "I get to wake up early, I get to take my kid to school, I get to make a sales call, and I get to cook dinner for my family." 🌟

With that small shift, these tasks turn from burdens into opportunities. Remember, many people don't "get" to do these things. πŸ’­

Let's appreciate the chances we're given. Take a step back and look at all the things you "get" to do. It's a mindset that can make life even better. ✨

Think about a person in a wheelchair. Instead of thinking, "I have to use my wheelchair," they think, "I get to use my wheelchair to go everywhere." This change rewires your mind and adds beauty to life. 🌈

Life is precious. Cherish every moment. I recently heard about someone who passed away young. Even though I didn't know them well, the thought of them not "getting" to wake up again is heartbreaking. Don't take life for granted. πŸ•ŠοΈ

In my book, this is what life's all about. Live the best life you "get" to live. Make the most of the time you're given, not because you "have" to, but because you "get" to. 🌟🌞
