Hey everyone, it's Erica here. I hope you're all doing well! With Ostara approaching, we're welcoming in themes of rebirth and renewal. What a perfect time to update you about what you can expect from Arcane this year...
In the time since our last consistent posts, I've undergone personal growth, and there have been some profound changes in both my spiritual practices and the business. As we move forward, I'm excited to announce that Arcane Magick will be shifting in a new direction. I'll be sharing a more detailed update about these changes in the near future with Alex, so please stay tuned for that!

Reflecting on my journey, I must admit that I was once very ego-driven in my spiritual practices and the way that I showed up for others in my daily life. It's easy to become lost without discipline and discernment as you delve deeper into the spiritual realms. However, through introspection and experience, I've learned valuable lessons from my journey. As I embark on the next chapter of Arcane, I intend to honor these lessons and the progress I've made as both a person and a practitioner. While I take time to fully integrate what I've learned and determine the most authentic way to show up for you, my audience, as a content creator, facilitator, and practitioner I ask for your patience and understanding as I navigate these next steps for Arcane Magick. What I can tell you now is that I want Arcane Magick to truly reflect who I am as a person and practitioner in a way that I haven't been able to before. That means stripping things back to the core of my practices, truly tapping into my roots, and really showing you all what it means to merge the magickal with the mundane. As always, I'm committed to sharing with you the genuine essence of my evolving practice and giving you my unfiltered vulnerability during the process. My hope is that I can inspire you on your spiritual path as you witness me move through mine authentically. Lastly, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your love and support for everything we've done so far. It truly means the world to us, and I can't wait to share with you all what's to come. Stay tuned🖤

As you already know, Arcane Magick will be vending at yet another ArtBloc event this year hosted by none other than our sister witch and beloved friend 📷🎨

In addition to ArtBloc. You can also find us at Female Centric Faber the very next day! The event starts at 12pm, and is suitable for ALL ages and identities! **Costumes are encouraged!!**

This event is to help raise funds for su***de prevention and to support marginalized communities on Staten Island. The goal is to show our community how skating can be an outlet for anyone struggling with mental illness. Mental health is something Alex and I have both struggled with for our entire lives, and the mission of this event is very near and dear to our hearts.

Alongside some other local artists and musicians you'll be able to check out, we'll have a full stock of your favorite Arcane products, plus a few others specifically crafted around the theme of this event, mental health awareness!

Come through, bring your wheels, dress up, and come say hi to your favorite local witches!

Happy 1 year anniversary to the launch of 🕯🖤

Erica here! It's been a while, but I just want to take a moment to express how proud I am of my best friend and I. There was a point in time when Arcane was nothing more than a passing joke between us. We would sit in the car for hours and talk about how one day we would own our own business and share our crafts with the world, and now we get to do just that and SO much more. Arcane has granted us so many lessons and adventures, and I'm so grateful to have a best friend and business partner who dreams as big as I do. None of this would be possible without my you, my soul mate sister🤍

In just one year we've had the opportunity to craft and sell products that came straight from our personal grimoires, we've been able to host so many beautiful classes and workshops where we've had the incredible opportunity to share esoteric knowledge with our community, we've learned so much about business, ourselves, each other, and the world. We've met hundreds of amazing, like-minded individuals and have even had the opportunity to open up the minds of those who may not share the same beliefs as we do. We continue to push ourselves past our limits every single day and grow in ways we only dreamed of.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to every single person who has been a part of our journey thus far. We're forever grateful for all the success we've had within our first year as a business. Here's to the next chapter of witchery and community together. We have so much in store for you all!🖤

Hello beautiful people! It's been a while since we've spoken. Alex and I have been going through a lot of big life changes recently and haven't been as active on here as we would like to be, BUT.. we have some exciting things planned for this year, and we're really looking forward to coming back better and stronger as a business and as people.

To start off this year's endeavors, you can find us at March 11th, 7-11 PM, for another ARTBLOC event! The theme of this event is "EMPOWERED by women" and will be celebrating many of the incredible female artists and business owners of our community. We are truly honored to have been considered for an event with such a strong message. Empowering ourselves and others is something always seeks to do in our work, and we're happy to be a part of an event whose focus is to empower and uplift our sisters in spirit🤍

We'll be there to provide our services and vend some of your favorite Arcane Magick products, along with a few new goodies that we'll be debuting with the theme of empowerment to go along with the event!💕💕

Happy Winter Solstice & Good Yule to you all!!

Yuletide is a time for connecting with loved ones, reflection, new beginnings, and releasing what no longer serves us to welcome in the new.

Here is a quick and easy Yuletide meditation/spell method you can use to harness this energy:
(Have a candle and a lighter ready)

🎄Begin by making yourself comfortable in a *dark* room and connecting to your breath.

🎄Silently reflect on all that no longer serves you, and envision those things leaving your body and being released into the darkness with each exhale.

🎄After focusing on the release for as long as you need, prepare to light your candle.

🎄As you prepare to ignite the flame, set your intention to draw towards you all you wish to manifest this season.

🎄Sit with this intention for a few moments and try to envision your manifestations as if they've already happened/are already yours.

🎄As you light the flame, imagine that intention being ignited and released I to the world by the sacred fires of Yuletide.

🎄Give gratitude for all that was, all that is, and all that will be. Leave the candle burning for as long as you feel you need to.

TAROT CARD OF THE WEEK 🔮

Hi everyone! Alex here with the new TOTW! This week we have the energy of the Queen of Swords.

Many of us readers have mixed feelings about this Queen 😅 she can either bring incredible positive attributes, or more detrimental ones, depending on the situation and what the other cards around her are depicting.

We can all find ourselves in the Queen of Swords. It’s just about maintaining self-awareness, knowing when we’re leaning too far into self-righteousness or rigid thinking, to then correct ourselves back into a place of calm conflict resolution.

Honestly, it feels like all of America is dealing with big Queen of Swords energy always. But that’s all I’m gonna say about that.

Greeting my lovelies, it's Erica here with our weekly tarot card highlight the collective✨️

This week's card is the 7 of pentacles, and let me just tell you, I feel attacked. It seems that every card we pull each week just perfectly aligns with what we need to hear in our personal lives, and I most certainly needed to hear these messages. To be fully honest and vulnerable, when writing the intuitive message today, I was talking directly to myself.

This energy of this card is really pushing for us to break out of our comfort zones and put in the extra elbow grease towards bringing our dreams and desires into reality. If you let life pass you by, it will. Don't sit back and miss out on what could have been because you're afraid of what hard work looks and feels like. Or maybe you're just afraid of what you're truly capable of once you realize your own potential. Why settle for what's comfortable when there's so much beauty to be discovered beyond that?

Alex here comin’ at ya with the TAROT CARD OF THE WEEK 🔮

First, I’ll address that yes it’s a Saturday and yes it’s been like two weeks since the last TOTW but “better late than never” is something I’m learning. I struggle with managing time when life becomes busy or emotionally overwhelming. I tend to shut down, lock myself up, stay in a paralysis state for far too long. For me, if I don’t get myself into action, it becomes virtually impossible to ever complete anything. And when you’ve decided to run your own business, obviously these two traits don’t mesh well.

Which brings me to a point related to the message of the Ten of Cups and why I’m spilling all this to you. My abundance lies in the people I’m surrounded by. My abundance lies in my best friend and business partner without whom, I’d never even be putting myself out there and without whom, Arcane Magick would not exist. My opportunities to accomplish my goals and dreams might exist, but they would certainly pass me by.

It is when I get fixated on that which I don’t have, that I become stuck at the limits I set for myself.

“You are your own worst enemy.”

Ain’t that the truth.

But you are also your own hero. Sometimes it takes the people you love and are inspired by to remind yourself of that.
