Meet Grace Li from our Garden Grove office! Grace graduated from Chapman University’s M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders program in the summer of 2025. Originally from a small town in New Hampshire, she grew up playing tennis and kayaking with her family. Later, she happily traded the snowy winters for sunny Southern California to pursue a double major in Cognitive Science and Linguistics at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). While searching for a career that combined her love of linguistics and desire to work in healthcare, she found the perfect match in Speech-Language Pathology and decided to obtain her Master’s. Throughout her various pediatric clinical rotations, she especially enjoyed working in early intervention and having the opportunity to discuss and work towards goals with the whole family.
In her free time, Grace enjoys relaxing with her two very spoiled cats, watching soccer, trying all the best matcha spots across Orange County, collecting stationary, going to concerts with friends, reading, and wondering if it’s time to adopt another cat.

Meet Kimberly Horta from our Chino office! Kimberly Horta recently graduated with her M.A. (2025) in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to receiving her master’s degree, she obtained her Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license from Cerritos College (2020). She has worked in several settings, including at a children’s hospital and providing Early Intervention services through local regional centers.
Kimberly’s first B.A. is in Film and Electronic Arts (2008), but she developed an interest in speech therapy in 2015 and soon returned to school to obtain a SLPA license. Kimberly has worked with a wide age range, but she is most passionate about Early Intervention.
Outside of the clinic, Kimberly enjoys spending time with family, reading, baking, and traveling. Her favorite place to visit is New Zealand!

Meet Patricia Ramirez, our Scheduling Specialist! Patricia Ramirez received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2019. She has held various roles within the mental health field in hospital and private practice settings. She is driven to help others which has led her to now continue her education to become a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant. She strives to foster a positive and supportive environment for everyone. In her free time, she enjoys hiking or going to the beach to read. You can visit her in our Chino office or connect with her over the phone via our main office line.
