Along with classes and events, we provide one on one sessions for all of our services. We are also open to hosting a variety of community wellness offerings.

Our mission at Appleton Yoga and Wellness is to honor our most authentic selves, grow awareness, and develop health and vitality through our shared practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing

Located on College Ave in Downtown Appleton, Appleton Yoga and Wellness focuses on all levels, inclusive yoga sessions led by inspired instructors.
