Eat Fish to Fix Your Aging Brain

Pilar Maldonado maybe you misunderstand what an operation is designed to do.

An operation including the MGB is not magic it does not allow you to eat tons of junk food and then be thin as a fashion model.

In fact the operation is designed to interfere was eating junk food so that you choose to eat more healthy food.

The diet above is to be a guide in what food is actually healthy.

Right now there are a variety of people that advise eating high fat high protein and other kinds of diets which I believe are actually harmful for a healthy weight loss.

The diet is not designed to be restrictive or strict it's designed to be a guide to way back to health and a new life.

They operation is not designed to be magic and say that you can drink all the alcohol you want it's not designed to say you can smoke ci******es if you want it's not designed to say that you can eat butter and cheese and hamburgers and french fries and candy and still be thin.

I am following your vitamin D post. I do not feel I understand. Please forgive my ignorance.

As someone from a family very prone to osteoporosis this is something I am very conscious of.

I don’t even know if you remember me- probably not- but I am about 7 years post op with no complications or complaints, I just want to be sure I am doing what I can to not have bone density issues. I have maintained my weight just fine and do not wish to shed any. I enjoy an active lifestyle with my children.

I spend 15-20 minutes in the sun any time climate allows which is most of the year. Should I be doing more? Different? My children are my life and I need to be the best version of myself for them.

ANSWER (IN SHORT):

My Opinion ASK YOUR DOCTOR FOR HIS ADVICE!

1. Numerous studies show that people with high normal vitamin D levels have many benefits lower risk of heart attack stroke cancer death osteoporosis and did I mention death.

2. Pills of Vitamin D in controlled studies Do Not seem to get the same benefits

To restate pills of Vitamin D do not get the same benefits of people with High Blood Levels of Vitamin D obtained 'NATURALLY' FROM THE SUN

So what

1. Humans were not designed to live in a cave or underground!
You/Me/We need more sun vitamin D may not be to cause of the problems (MAYBE) maybe Vitamin may only be an indicator of the fact you live in a cave.

2. Safe Sun: People who have more sun exposure have lower risk of heart attack stroke cancer death osteoporosis and did I mention death.

Note: NOT Sun Burn (Google SAFE SUN Exposure)

3. If you say "I spend 15-20 minutes in the sun" and your Vitamin D level is low then
Guess what?

Wait for it...

Wait for it...

You need more sun (SAFE SUN)

3. Finally what about Taking Vitamin D in addition to sun...
Well your vitamin D level tells you how full your tank of goodness (Sun Exposure) really is.

You make it high on the "dashboard" of the blood test but "your tank may still be empty" Get it?

Please Note Do not do this if your Dr Disagrees maybe he is smarter than me.
