‼️55 GRAMS OF PROTEIN IN LESS THAN A MINUTE 🚨🔥

⏱️Our FAVORITE source of protein when you only have a short window to prepare and eat something!

-300g of Triple Zero Yogurt
-1 scoop of whey protein
-(optional) top with 40g of some kind of cereal or grain, or berries if you want to reduce some of the calories!

🤯55 grams of protein, for less than 400 calories (around 500ish if you throw in the higher carb source)

You can even crank it up to 70g of protein if you use the Ratio Brand high protein yogurt!

Easy peasy. Takes 60 seconds or less to prep it. If you wanna bump the taste up, add a sugar free, fat free packet of cheesecake jello!

🤯Those little things add up! If you’ve been struggling with your goals, but are consistently tracking your macros/calories, take a look at this 👇

🫒Here we have 1.5tbsp of ranch dressing, and a little less than 1tbsp of olive oil. Both of these things are 100cal, demonstrating something shocking.

😔It’s SUPER easy to over consume calories if we aren’t careful. The only way to lose body fat is to be in a caloric deficit (burn more than we consume) of some sort… so these little things can really matter! Things like…

🧃 Juices, sodas, drinks with calories
🥜 Nut Butters, cheese sauces, spreads
🫒 Oils, dressings, fatty sauces

…all add up quick and could be the make or break for our fat loss goals (if they aren’t tracked properly)!

🤔So, if you’ve been struggling, and think you may be over consuming these things, here are our 2 solutions:

1) Reach for fat-free dressings and zero calorie drinks.

2) Weigh, THEN track these things accordingly! That way you KNOW you’re taking these calories into account with your daily intake.

😖Struggling to get your protein in? Here’s a quick guide to what 150 grams of protein in one day can look like!

✅👍Hitting your protein is only difficult if we reach for the wrong stuff. Make sure your protein bars and shakes have at LEAST 20g of protein per serving, reach for leaner cuts of meat, and always reach for the higher protein options in snacks when you can!

(Just watch out for high fat content- some protein bars tend to do that).

🎃Protein Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake! 🍰

🍁Fall is here!!! If you like pumpkin, this is a delicious way to get your protein up!

⬇️Simply mix the following Ingredients together:

-200g of Vanilla Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
-125g of canned pumpkin
-40g of Whipped Cream Cheese
-1 scoop whey protein
-2 TBSP Sugar-Free Sweetener of choice
-1 TBSP Sugar-Free Fat-Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
-1/4 TSP Pumpkin Spice

🔝Topped with:

🔥Crushed Graham Crackers and Fat-Free cool whip

🧮 MACRO FRIENDLY FRIDAY:

🍕HIGH PROTEIN LOW-CAL PIZZA!

-Joseph’s Flax-Bread Flatbread
-1/2 cup of fat-free mozzarella
-4-5 slices of turkey pepperoni
-1/4 cup of generic pizza sauce

♨️Prep pizza then bake in the oven at 450° for 5-8 minutes!

🤯Macros: (Per 1 Pizza)
-25g of protein
-10g of carbs
-1g of fat

🧮 MACRO FRIENDLY FRIDAY:

🍰High-Protein Low-Calorie Cheesecake!

🩷For those of you like us who LOVE cheesecake but don’t have the macros for all of the fat and carbs, give this a shot!

-340g (2 cups) of fat free Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt
-1/3 packet cheesecake pudding mix (fat free sugar free)
-Optional: Top with strawberries and fat free reddi whip
-Optional: 1 scoop vanilla-flavored protein

🤯Macros:
-34g of protein (60g with scoop of vanilla protein)
-40g of carbs
-0g of fat

🧮If your macros don’t allow this many carbs, we recommend using Oikos Pro yogurt instead!

This tastes incredible. And this is coming from a “cheesecake connoisseur”🎩🧐

🧮MACRO-FRIENDLY FRIDAY:

🥔 Protein Hashbrown Patties! 30 grams of protein and only 280 calories for the entire batch 🤯

🔹Ingredients:
-200g raw golden potatoes
-50g fat free mozzarella cheese
-100g egg whites
-1 whole egg
-Paprika
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Powder
-Salt+Pepper

📝Recipe:

1️⃣Shred the potatoes, then squeeze as much of the water out of them as possible.

2️⃣ Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, then place them on a sheet of parchment paper lightly coated in oil spray and shape them to your preferred size (we divided them into 4, 5inch patties)

3️⃣ Place the sheet holding the patties in the freezer for up to an hour to let them firm up

4️⃣ Remove them from the freezer, lightly spray them once more before air frying or baking them at 375° for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway.

5️⃣ Let them sit to cool for 3 minutes and enjoy!
