🥖Bread is an indispensable everyday food, but unfortunately, it is not devoid of countless artificial supplements and additives that can negatively affect health. In addition, the exact list of ingredients is usually not provided, but the fact is that bread today is no longer made only from flour, water, salt and yeast. ❓Do you know what exactly is in your bread?
Most of us routinely take bread from the market shelves without even reading what is written on the declaration about the composition of that same bread. Other pastries, like burger buns, believe it or not, have a shelf life of up to a year from the date of manufacture!! Have we ever wondered how this is possible???
When you make your own bread, you only need flour, water, yeast and a little salt, but when you buy bread, the list of ingredients is often very long. Purchased bread often has added preservatives and additives that we are not even aware of.
In the book "Food Truths and Lies", I read an interesting paragraph: "The modern diet, which is based on wheat flour products, has led to an epidemic of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, allergies, intolerance, autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases. History of laboratory manipulation of wheat goes hand in hand with the development of modern diseases. The new modern wheat has nothing in common with the wheat from which our grandmothers used to bake bread until 50 years ago. This is a new, completely unknown substance to our body, which we enter into our bodies every day, several times a day the body as food.
This substance contains super-fast starch that causes our blood sugar to skyrocket, causes insulin resistance and a prediabetic state, contains genetically modified gluten that is the cause or trigger for more than 50 inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, contains opiates that affect our brain the same way as drugs and lead to overeating. In addition, it is nutritionally poor, i.e. it does not contain material necessary for the normal functions of our body. Wheat is one of the worst scourges of the modern diet (along with sugar and hydrogenated vegetable oils), yet we are still advised that it should form the basis of our diet. Another proof that the official dietary guidelines really need to be reconsidered."
When all the scientific facts are taken into account, it is really not surprising that the number of patients has increased so much in the last century. It's just bread, and where are the other "miracles" that we enter into the body within 24 hours???

🥖Hljeb je neizostavna svakodnevna namirnica, no nažalost, ni ona nije lišena nebrojenih umjetnih dodataka i aditiva koji mogu negativno uticati na zdravlje. Osim toga, tačan popis sastojaka najčešće nije naveden, ali činjenica je da se hljeb danas više ne proizvodi samo od brašna, vode, soli i kvasca. ❓Znate li šta se tačno nalazi u vašem hljebu?
Većina nas rutinski uzima hljeb sa polica marketa bez da pročitamo šta uopće piše na deklaraciji o sastavu tog istog hljeba. Ostala peciva, poput peciva za burger, vjerovali ili ne, imaju rok trajanja i do godinu dana od datuma proizvodnje!! Jesmo li se ikada zapitala kako je to moguće???
Kada sami pravite hljeb potrebno vam je samo brašno, voda, kvasac i malo soli, ali kada kupujete hljeb vrlo često je popis sastojaka jako dug. Kupovni hljeb često ima dodane konzervanse i aditive kojih nismo ni svjesni.
U knjizi " Istine i laži o hrani" pročitah zanimljiv pasus: "Moderna prehrana koja se bazira na proizvodima od pšenična brašna, dovela je do epidemije debljine, dijabetesa, srčano-žilnih bolesti, alergija, intolerancije, autoimunoloških i kroničnih upalnih bolesti. Povijest laboratorijskog manipuliranja pšenicom ide usporedo s razvojem modernih bolesti. Nova moderna pšenica nema ništa zajedničko s pšenicom od koje su naše bake pekle kruh do prije 50 godina. Ovo je jedna nova, našem tijelu sasvim nepoznata tvar, koju svakodnevno, više p**a dnevno, unosimo u svoje tijelo kao hranu.
Ova tvar sadrži super brzi škrob od kojeg nam se šećer u krvi penje do neba, izaziva inzulinsku rezistenciju i predijabetičko stanje, sadrži genetski modificirani gluten koji je uzročnik ili okidač za više od 50 upalnih i autoimunoloških bolesti, sadrži opijate koji na naš mozak djeluju na isti način kao droge i dovode do prejedanja. Osim toga je nutritivno siromašna, tj. ne sadrži materijal potreban za normalne funkcije našeg tijela. Pšenica je jedna od najgorih pošasti moderne prehrane (uz šećer i hidrogenizirana biljna ulja), pa ipak nam se i dalje savjetuje da treba sačinjavati bazu naše prehrane. Još jedan dokaz da je službene prehrambene smjernice itekako potrebno preispitivati."
Kada se sve naučne činjenice uzmu u obzir, zaista ne čudi toliki porast oboljelih u posljednjem stoljeću. To je samo hljeb, a gdje su ostala "čudesa" koja unesemo u organizam u toku 24 h???
