Trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Krama, I have a deep insight into correct postures and developing your asana, engaging deeply with your practice and finding the joy in the experience always. I am also trained in Pranayama and Meditation techniques which I include in classes leaving you both physically and mentally restored.
