Your toddler got their finger stuck… now what? 😅

Before you panic and start pulling, try this first 👇

✔️ Stop pulling (this actually increases swelling)
✔️ Add something slippery — soap, lotion, oil
✔️ Gently twist while sliding it off instead of pulling straight

Most of the time this will free the finger pretty quickly.

🚨 Go get help if:
• the finger is turning purple
• swelling is getting worse
• it’s been stuck for more than ~10–15 minutes

Toddlers are basically tiny chaos machines, so save this for when it inevitably happens in your house.

What’s the craziest thing your toddler got their finger stuck in?

Please do not stop taking your medicine without talking to your providers

And PLEASE make sure you actually read what’s happening beyond the headline.

Yes, adverse reactions happen with any medication. No, not every reported event is actually linked to the medication.

These medicines have changed lives… particularly some of my patients with metabolic syndromes that had them on the fast track to death. It has stabilized blood sugars, helped with hormone regulation, and allowed weight loss that all improved the persons overall health!

Let’s stop trying to villainize them.

This is a NEED in my day to day clinic life (and beyond).

Reel completed in partnership with and I could not be more adamant about the fact that this app supports my daily practice more than any other resource.

Checking for interactions, educating on side effects, looking up dosing options, using the dosing calculator, showing pill pictures to patients for identification and SO MUCH MORE.

Bonus points if you’re a toddler mom in healthcare.

The juggle, the chaos, the exhaustion is next level.

And what’s even harder is it seems like all the other IG moms have great strategies for you to do XYZ “just like them” …. But you aren’t living that life.

Welcome to the page that is also living that struggle, sees your reality and is clapping LOUDLY for you!

Here are some of my favorite accounts of real working moms in the trenches -

YOU CAN DO THIS!

If you started sharing on social media, what would you want to share about?

I’m just a regular mom that decided to go for it!

Get those heels picture perfect 👇🏼

Cracked heels aren’t actually dry… they’re too thick.

Most foot creams just sit on top of the skin — but heel skin is built-up dead skin that can’t stretch when you walk.
So it splits.

That’s why pedicures help for a week… and then it comes right back.

✨ The fix: urea cream

Urea softens AND dissolves the excess skin so your heels can move normally again — not just feel moisturized for a few hours.

How to use it:
• After shower at night
• Apply to heels (20–40% strength)
• Put on socks
• Repeat for 1–2 weeks

You’ll notice your heels stop catching on sheets within days 👣

Save this for sandal season — your future feet will thank you.
