This was part of their Wellness Wednesdays.πŸͺ·πŸ’™ I LOVE my work with children & so enjoyed their companyπŸ’™.."luminous energy" (the audio l chose) is the perfect description for the pure & open energy of children.πŸ’« I'm there to guide & nurture, but the guidance is always flowing both ways as l learn so much each & everytime from their own wisdom.

The session started with circle time & then yoga practise & then guiding for relaxation & self-care, ending with a magical meditation to nourish the heart.βœ¨οΈπŸ’–

My BEST 'feedback' was that the children stayed put when parents came to collect & didnt want to move as they felt so relaxed & at easeπŸ₯Ή (even those who were nervous to begin & finding it harder to part from parents)
