👉my workouts are not for the person who already has a fitness routine
👉my workouts are not for the person who is super confident in being at or going to the gym.
👉my workouts are not for the young and already amazingly vibrant
👉my workouts are not for the person who wants to do burpees, high knees, squats and bicep curls for an hour
👉my workouts are not for the person who has tons of time on their hands and can spend hours working out
👉my workouts are not for the person who is in perfect shape and has the "perfect" body (whatever that means, lol)
👉my workouts are not for the person who loves leaving their house to workout....

❤️the busy mom/ dog mom/ woman who has no time
❤️the insecure person who has no idea where to begin
❤️the person who knows they need something but not sure what
❤️the person who wants a fitness routine but doesn't want to think about to
❤️the person who wants to have fun
❤️the person in their middle age years who is not ready to throw in the towel and still feels like they are young and alive or at least wants to feel and think this way!
❤️the person who all of sudden realized that if they don't make a change now it might just be too late
