One of the most loved yoga techniques, but also quite misunderstood.
Mainly practiced in Savasana, some people get away from the yoga studio when it’s time for it, thinking “I don’t have time for just laying down on the floor”… others will use the moment for a little nap 💤
The goal is too deeply relax the body, and to put the mind in a state between awake and asleep. It’s a state of meditation! It is an opportunity to connect with yourself and improve awareness.
I could go on and on about this beautiful technique… I’ll come back to it in another moment. For now, trust me! Practice it and thank me later 😉
