• I’ve been meaning to post this, but it’s been a few weeks since I received this award for the reflexology student of the year from during their AGM meeting on May 24th.

Thank you to whomever nominated me, it really means a whole lot knowing that I have such a wonderful community in the association cheering me on.

Once I write my CMTO board exams, I can’t wait to get back into being more involved with the association.

In September, I will be stepping into a new role as a student, and train to become a licensed Canadian reflexology teacher (LCRT)!

So for those of you who are looking to add a new modality to your service offerings, I’m hoping to become licensed in 2026 (if all goes well! 🙏🏻) •

‣ some exciting news for you all! I just submitted my case studies + applied for my Reiki practitioner license — hopefully, in a few weeks I will be able to offer this service to you as a stand-alone, or combined treatment! ✨

⚙︎ here’s to officially being done school! 🙏🏻🌙✨

◬ it’s been a whirlwind this last year and a half — I’ve learned so much about the body with how it functions and moves + how to treat it with attention.

◍ I’ve gained more perspective + appreciation of what my own body can do, how to care for it into old age, and will certainly be taking better care of it now that I will have the space + capacity.

∗ a huge thank you to my partner Nicolas Lamoureux for all of the lovely flowers, words of encouragement to pursue this path, for all the support and hugs during my late night (and early morning / mid-day) crying sessions + for being my guinea pig to practice on.

⧫ I also couldn’t have done it without my sweet mom and the sleepovers I had with her studying late into the night + letting me poke and prod while practicing a bajillion orthopedic tests on her over & over.

✴︎ also thank you to my dear sister & friends for keeping me sane + grounded with phone calls, check-ins, and quick chats over coffee and food.

✺ and to you, my lovely clients, who have been so understanding and caring throughout this last year.

⬕ I can’t wait to finish up my board exams, become registered + be able to provide you all with even more care.
