Tonight…I was surrounded by old and new love, Rembrandt’s of shadow self and who we truly are…today…in this moment…Completely in love with this season of life… has taught me to enjoy every moment in the present…to not waste time on useless Egoic low common denominator sh*te…to rise above it all and embrace the now… sending enormous love to my fellow sisters on this path! .co .0inc

For all my sisters…this is the one phrase that changes everything: that does not apply to me. Repeat. Breathe life into it. Someone tells you can’t do something…you say the phrase. Someone says love is not possible after 50… repeat the phrase…someone says…you have to take hormones…say it again…someone says you will have all the terrible awful…you say…that does not apply to me. Someone much projection in this community without acknowledging our unique differences…we are women. A beautiful kaleidoscope of colours…let’s embrace that magic. Grateful morning run…different this time. As women we are told to stop running, it’s hard on our bodies and that may be true. I don’t run the same as my 30s but today I wanted to run and my body responded. Today it was so much better. As many women I have had a constant war with my body, I’ve been all sizes. All shapes. Yet the inner voice of negativity never stopped at any size. I’ve had two surgeries hoping to love my body more. It didn’t work. Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t do what you want. I think every woman should own her body entirely and do what she feels is best. No matter what we have a choice to love the very body that holds your beautiful spirit. So today, just today…love her a bit more…rinse and repeat.

Weekend wrap up…what an incredible week of discoveries, learnings, and so much more. This new chapter is incredibly life giving surrounded by wisdom, laughter and indescribable freedom. Putting together these last many years to hit the stage with this for the first time in 7 years…I’ve presented dozens of times over the years but this one felt very poetic, timely and a kick off to what lays ahead. From our perimenopause retreat in nyc this June to our athlete collective in October…perhaps a stop in France and Italy along the way…I’m grateful for the love of my canaries .co .0inc that have grounded me through it all. Excited got this next chapter! Some wisdom, I’ve been building ideas and companies for years…surrounding yourself with a small group that you deeply trust…and fall in love with the prices of building a dream…the way may not always be clear but there is always a way:)

Every Friday I’ve loved visiting the Italian deli and just today the butcher opened early so I could have the perfect cut of meat…my first time to cook braciola…good friends who appreciate the effort…and amazing flavours await…since my life changed there are traditions that have been hard to get back to…this feels terrific…feel very blessed in this new chapter to take some moments out to reflect and quiet the world. Some Frank Sinatra in the background to a fine red wine…wherever you are tonight…we send a big hello to you…one day we can all cook together in Italy…sending you love…and a thank you to for the family traditional recipe…one day Christina you and I can ride our bikes with baskets between markets:)

Each day, each mile I walk away from a profound sense of release. Every day we have an opportunity to connect to what is true, humbling ourselves to the spirit among all of us. As I started over some 8 months ago and all blinders are removed, the betrayal can be blinding but at the same time it reveals a part of your own character you thought you lost, or was deceived to believe it wasn’t ever a part of you. But each day, you can begin again…take a step, climb a mountain, open your journal and say…ok…I bow before what lies ahead…humbly grateful for the opportunity to begin again…that my friends is winning, that is emotional fitness.

Over the last week it’s been a whirlwind of discovery, adventure and yes homecoming…all the phases of our emotional fitness…critical puzzle pieces and massive wins for healing spaces, finding fun and my stride as I pitch for the first time in years! Literally years… loving this chapter and everything in the past fell away and I’m grateful to great friends. New friends. And finding courage to give zero effs:) and who’s coming to in June?! .co

Great friends. Good people. Amazing vibe. This is how much love I feel coming back here and it’s because of .co and so many more. Thank you dear friends for truly extending kindness. Feels amazing to create in this new chapter. The past week we’ve had more discoveries for where I saw a lifetime of work culminate into so many moments. So much gratitude this time around. Presence. Loving the process. All Ego banished from this path. Surrounded by so many great people. If you had asked me 8 months ago if I would have landed in this extraordinary timeline…I never would have thought…it’s time to go after your dream. No matter the moment. Home. I went away three months ago to heal, to find me, the me before the last 8 years swept me away into an alternate timeline…I spent the last three months in prayer, contemplation and observation. Opening my heart to truth, trust and the power of forgiveness. There are so many wonderful things I forgot about myself before being swept away by grief, doubt and self made isolation…I learned one absolute deal breaker: I will never let anyone disrupt my peace with gaslighting, projection or their lack of inner work. I will never allow myself to feel less than because I made mistakes…those are not life sentences. I will never allow someone who believes they have power over you, rule your life. You always always have a choice. Choose you. Choose you over everything else. Trust that you are being led. The moment you feel anything but peace…it’s time. The true you is calling your name trust it. Now go after it!
