I don't know if I can stop them altogether, but I've found ways to work around these fluctuating thoughts. On good days, I talk about how stunning I am (outloud + in the mirror). I take tons of photos to document the moments I'm feelin myself.

On challenging days, I dance in front of the mirror because despite my feelings, my body still deserves joy and movement.

When you imagine yourself being loved, insert yourself as the lover and make that your reality.

I love being pampered. So, I treat myself when I can, to the things that bring me joy. I 'love on me' to show that I am deserving and worthy of the ways I wish to be loved. It ties in perfectly with my biggest love language: quality time. 🥰

It doesn't have to be a bubblebath and champagne, but take time to think: how do I want to be loved? Use your answer to spark how you can engage with self-love and self-care this week!

I wore these leggings because they specifically hold and shift my stomach fat in such an unflattering way. And while I don't think it's necessary to force discomfort, I am working on transparency and pushing myself to use my own practice.

In recording this, I had so many unkind things to say about my stomach. Even as I rewatch the video, I feel unattractive everytime I see my side stomach profile. And I constantly battle the negativity with this practice.

As you encounter your own issues with your appearance, practice shifting the focus and taking time to send gentleness to your body instead.

I'm rooting for your self-love and acceptance! ❤❤

Love songs make us want to fall in love. We often imagine how this feeling will be with romantic partners. We imagine how we want others to love us but often fail to be our own lovers. The same habits you build in manifesting a loving partner are the same habits you can use to build love in and for yourself. You are in a relationship with your body! It's been a minute.
I've been taking time to be present in moments and my body.
I've quit my job because my mental health couldn't take it anymore.
I've been enjoying nature.
I've been listening ro on repeat.
I've been feeling free.
All while coping with depression and anxiety.
And honestly, social media was becoming more of a chore than a pleasurable experience so...I cut it out for a bit.

Sometimes, you just gotta dance to release ish. Everything we experience emotionally/psychologically is experienced in our bodies as well. Trauma can become "stuck" or stored physically. We can help our bodies release toxic energy through movement- so, get up and slow whine or vigorously Twerk or do a sultry body roll 😜
