You won’t find a quick fix here!
When it comes to wanting to lose weight often times we feel frustrated, we say nothing has worked, we also most likely say I’ve already tried everything.
But have you really tried everything? Or have the things you’ve tried been
◾️fad diets
◾️deprivation diets
◾️diets that promise fast weight loss and describe foods as bad or good
◾️quick fixes
Have you ever tried making realistic goals to simply be HEALTHY?
Sometimes all you need to do is make small realistic adjustments and stay consistent with them over a period of time and you will get the results you’re looking for.
You can make it a goal to
◽️drink half your body weight in water
◽️include 2-3 cups of veggies throughout your day
◽️move your body for 30 mins a day
(That could mean simply going for a walk)
◽️track what you eat and how it makes your feel (this will help you to know what’s helping your body and what’s not)
There is no one size fits all diet. That’s why everything you’ve tried in the past hasn’t worked. Only YOU know what works for you.
