OUR BIG ANNOUNCEMENT - Our brand new 'Group Weight Loss with Hypnotherapy' sessions are now available! Our 10 session course will be held at Manor Arts Studio, a hidden gem in the centre of Beeston.

Competitively priced at just £150 for a 10-session block - that's just £15 a week!

Whether you’re at the beginning or end of your weight loss journey - this could be for you! If you're looking to lose a few pounds for Summer or if you just want a little more control over your weight, come and join a lovely group of people! You will enjoy a relaxing evening, attuning to your sub-conscious and reframing your thinking.
