Same time last after I finished my MBA, I immediately started my journey and I got certified from AFPA, where I got certified as a Holistic Health Coach.

Never had the feeling that this is ENOUGH and I thought of going deeper so I decided to apply for the INN, which has been always on my wish list !

Recipe of the WEEK🍳🥬
👌I guarantee you’ll love KALE after this recipe as I know it’s not the favorite food to so many people.

🌱KALE - SPINACH OMELETTE 🌱

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 Organic brown eggs
¼ tsp red chili flakes
Fresh spinach, kale, mushrooms, green pepper, green onions
Pink Himalayan salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Thyme
Oregano
Paprika

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the veggies, spices and saute for one minute, add the eggs and cook it as desired.

Serve with fresh LEAFY GREENS

Enjoy!😋

What’s one big goal you’d like to go after this year, if you didn’t have to be “realistic”?

This week – and this year! – I have a BIG CHALLENGE for you that has the power to reshape your entire life.

Take a second right now to think of at least one BIG GOAL.

How many times have you seen something that you’ve wanted in your own life?

🤯 Too many times we don’t realize we have those beliefs because we’ve carried them for so long – often since childhood! We automatically think that certain things are for “other people.”

Your REAL CHALLENGE is to shut down those beliefs and let them go, so you can start allowing yourself to reach your potential!

“BALANCE”
Not because I’m a Health Coach I eat right 100% of my time.
I can sometimes have pizza, brownies and bread…. And I still enjoy my LEMON water followed by my GREEN SMOOTHIE 🌱🍋
The last couple of months I was super busy, loaded, stressed and there were times where all I wanted was a piece of bread or a chocolate cake.
Yes I gained weight BUT I’m ACCEPTING it and I’m accepting myself as I know that my body wasn’t feeling ok and I know how to get it back on track.I’m GRATEFUL for that🙏

It’s ok to have slips and and it’s ok to enjoy your holidays with friends and family eating a heavy meal.
It’s totally and perfectly fine as long as you know how to BALANCE and you know what’s good and what’s bad to your body.

NEVER underestimate the SIGNS your body is giving you.

You can either roast the veggies or sauté with olive oil.

If roasted, it will take 30 min in the oven.

Tip:
Don’t overcook the veggies, veggies need to be a bit crunchy.
