Our Misses of Health characters are saying thanks, birth control - for offering more than pregnancy prevention such as access and choice when it comes to finding the right birth control option. That’s why they’re taking a moment to say thanks for helping women with their reproductive goals and family planning journey.

At the International Conference on Family Planning 2025 (ICFP), global leaders came together to help advance sexual and reproductive health and rights for all. Expanding access and choice in family planning requires action from every angle—from removing barriers and building climate-resilient health systems to innovating through meaningful partnerships.

We asked some of our partners and founders: What’s one important call to action to help expand access and choice in family planning for women everywhere? Here’s what they shared.

Together, we can help ensure every woman, everywhere, has the power to make informed and autonomous decisions about her reproductive health.

On , board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Christine Greves is helping reframe how we talk about fertility. For many women, awareness begins only after trying to conceive, receiving test results, or learning about a condition that could affect fertility. Fertility is unique to each person and shaped by many factors, beyond the idea of the “biological clock.”

For some people, “October Theory” is real. A time to initiate a fresh start, reset routines, and even rethink care. With cooler temperatures and drier air, it's also a time when skin may lose moisture, increasing the potential for eczema flare-ups.

We’re encouraging people living with eczema and their caregivers to take a closer look at their skin health. Identifying ways to adjust your skin care routine for the colder months may help lessen eczema flare-ups.

Breast cancer is amongst the most common cancers diagnosed globally. Behind the numbers are mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends whose lives are changed forever. This , we’re highlighting the importance of prevention through early screening, continued conversations with healthcare providers and working to advance treatment options.

As one of the most anticipated events in women’s health, in Cape Town did not disappoint.

Organon was honored to join global experts and partners to share best practices, learn from those delivering care on the front lines, and explore new ways to better meet women’s needs across every stage of life.

This year, we organized a timely session on contraceptive challenges, including postpartum care and obesity, and led an interactive discussion on postpartum hemorrhage—one of the most urgent maternal health issues.

We also reconnected with long-time partners and met new colleagues, all committed to advancing women’s health.

This , the theme is clear: it’s unacceptable!

It’s unacceptable that osteoporosis remains underdiagnosed and undertreated, even though early action may help prevent fractures. It’s unacceptable that myths and misinformation still keep people from getting the care they need. At Organon, we’re committed to challenging what’s unacceptable, so more people can get the care and potentially more affordable treatment options they deserve.

Caregivers take on many responsibilities for their loved ones, including helping them navigate treatment options, managing appointments, and even supporting them with identifying symptoms early.

While some conditions have clear signs and symptoms, , often called a “silent disease,” can go unnoticed until a fracture occurs.

It is estimated that worldwide, 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men, over age 50, will experience osteoporosis fractures in their remaining lifetimes. Helping aging loved ones take care of their bone health and identify an issue early is a task many caregivers may have to take on.

We are committed to supporting people at every stage of their bone health journey —whether through preventative care or treatment options that address existing conditions.

may often be dismissed as “just” aches and pains, but the impact it can have is much bigger. It affects half a billion people worldwide and nearly 60 million adults and children in the U.S. And while its symptoms can be hidden, its physical, emotional, and economic impact is not. In fact, people with arthritis or a rheumatic condition lose more workdays each year due to illness or injury than adults with any other medical condition.

We’re proud to support the Arthritis Foundation on to help raise awareness. We are also working to advance access to potentially lower-cost treatment options across certain types of arthritis.

Eczema is more than skin deep. It can affect sleep, which may then impact daily activities and routines. The visible nature of the disease may also impact self-esteem.

This , we’re proud to support the National Eczema Association’s (NEA) “Unhide Eczema” campaign to peel back the layers and reveal the hidden impact of eczema on children, adults, caregivers, and families. By raising awareness and providing education we can help reduce stigma, build compassion, and create more understanding for those living with this chronic skin condition.

At Organon, we’re dedicated to supporting initiatives like the NEA’s to bring greater attention to eczema’s physical and emotional impact.

Pediatric atopic dermatitis (AD) affects more than 9.6 million children in the U.S., including toddlers. AD can have an impact beyond what people see on the surface of their skin. It may affect how children sleep, which could impact their daily school and social activities.

At Organon, we’re focused on driving change in pediatric care and are committed to providing support for children and their families on their treatment journey.
