G R A Z E ⭐️ T R A Y S
These kiddos and their modeling when I ask for a picture crack me up. 🤣
Summer ☀️ break and graze trays for long days (and slower weekends) have already been so helpful. 🙌🏼 Plus, we’re already in the back to school mode of making sure our immune systems are strong and packed with extra nutrients. 🦠

I first learned about graze-trays from Dr. Bill Sears and my healthy living community. It’s such a fun & exciting way to serve up more fruits and veggies to the littles in your life. Plus it helps from having to be on snack duty 24/7!
They’re also great for days when we only need a light lunch due to a late breakfast. Graze-trays are also my go-to for offering food between meals. Hungry after school? Or hungry an hour before dinner? Graze-trays to the rescue! 🦸‍♂️ 🥦 💫 Who am I kidding… it’s also a great opportunity for me to snack on nutritious foods too.
Something magical 🌈 happens when we come alongside the kiddos in their health journeys. Actions always speak louder than words. And if you end up having leftovers, just pop the tray into the fridge for later.
