Changing my training and excited and be more active sharing videos and updates along the way.

I haven’t deadlifted or barbell squatted in 4+ years, and haven’t regularly bench pressed in over a year.

This summer, I’m programming myself to really push myself and see how much weight I can move. It’s been fun being bad at something and starting from the base and working up. We’ll see how these next few weeks go!

Today’s bench session was:
Top Set: 275lbs x 3
Back off Sets: 3 x 8 with 220lbs

Starting Max Numbers:
Bench - 295lbs
Squat - 315lbs
Deadlift - 385lbs

Friendly reminder: If you went off the rails and ate too much yesterday, that’s okay. You don’t have to starve yourself or do 2 hours on the treadmill today to make up for it. Just get back on track and take it 1 meal at a time.
