Job Description: Weekend Kitchen Chef

Reports To: Kitchen Director

Time Commitment: Approx. 20 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday 8 am – 6 pm)

Status: Part-Time

The Weekend Kitchen Assistant is the person who assists the Kitchen Director in all things on Saturday and Sunday. They run point on cleanliness, are responsible for all weekend meals, and help to ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen.

Food Handlers Permit (current)

Job Responsibilities:

Cooks and prepares meals independently
Responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and Sunday
Oversees the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room
Serves food to clients
Washes dishes
Holds appropriate boundaries with students
Helps prepare for Family Days
Takes on any as needed responsibilities assigned by the Kitchen Director

JOB DESCRIPTION: Mental Health Therapist

REPORTS TO: Clinical Director

TIME COMMITMENT: 40 Hours

PAY: $70,000 - $80,000 + $5,000 signing bonus with 2 year commitment

JOB STATUS: Exempt

STATUS: At-Will Employee

Telos U is a coed young adult residential treatment center that uses powerful clinical interventions, relationship-based treatment and evidence-based treatment. We are heavily invested in our students, staff, and our company as a whole! We treat young adults who have difficulty adjusting to adulthood due to challenges with anxiety, depression, ADHD, addictions, and executive function issues.

Requirements
Utah State license
Masters level or higher
Professional documentation and charting skills
Experience in treating youth and young adults
Comfortable with a team approach
Willingness to learn Telos systems and approach

Preferred
Experience in the residential treatment industry
Working knowledge of Family Systems Theory
Special training in working with emotional dysregulation
Previous experience as a primary therapist

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains a caseload of 8 students conducting individual, family, and group therapy
Contacts parents of students on a regular basis as well as participates in student team calls
Completes basic case management (e.g., insurance reviews, aftercare planning, etc.), program development, staff trainings, and being part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Attends student team weekly
Chart and monitor progress
Participates in clinical meetings weekly
Participates in family days
Joins in to help with AWOL students and keeps the parents informed
Completes special assignments as directed by his/her supervisor
